DESCRIPTION

• The top part of the hat is longer for a slouchy fit
• Ribbed finish exterior. Microfleece polyester interior
• Flexible and soft fabric, pleasant to the touch
• One size fits all adults, unisex model
• Can be folded to different heights
• Can also be customised with other techniques such as embroidery, DTF, DTG, transfer, textile vinyl, screen printing and rhinestones

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Customisable across the entire surface, but partial printing is recommended
• The colour of the hats will blend with the image to be printed. To minimise this effect, choose designs with dark colours

MEASUREMENTS

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Hand wash or machine wash at a maximum temperature of 30 ºC
• Do not bleach
• Do not dry clean
• Do not iron

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated for guidance purposes. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the hat on the press and the paper with the printed design on the hat. Secure it with heat-resistant tape
• Close the press with medium pressure for 45 seconds
• Remove the freshly sublimated hat using a protective glove
• Carefully remove the paper
