DESCRIPTION

• Exterior with ribbed finish. Interior made of plush polyester microfleece
• Flexible and soft fabric, pleasant to the touch
• Tubular shape, with side and edge seams
• Can also be customised with other techniques such as embroidery, transfer, DTF, DTG, textile vinyl, screen printing and rhinestones

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The colour of the neck warmers will blend with the image to be printed. One way to minimise this effect is to choose designs with dark colours

MEASUREMENTS

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Hand wash or machine wash at a maximum temperature of 30 ºC
• Do not bleach
• Do not dry clean
• Do not iron

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the neck warmer on the press base with the printed side of the paper on the fabric
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 45 seconds
• Use a protective glove to remove the freshly printed neck warmer
• Carefully remove the paper
• Repeat the same process to sublimate the other side of the neck warmer
