DESCRIPTION
- Exterior with ribbed finish. Interior made of microfleece polyester
- Flexible and soft fabric, pleasant to the touch
- Tubular shape, with side and edge seams
- Can also be customised with other techniques such as embroidery, transfer, DTG, heat transfer vinyl, screen printing and rhinestones
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The colour of the neck gaiters will blend with the image to be printed. One way to minimise this effect is to choose designs with dark colours
- For DTF customisation, follow the time, temperature and pressure parameters recommended by the film manufacturer. Also ensure not to exceed the maximum temperature the fabric can withstand
- If applying DTF, reduce the pressure of the heat press to avoid crushing the corduroy texture during pressing

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS
- Hand or machine wash at a maximum temperature of 30 ºC
- Do not use bleach
- Do not dry clean
- Preferably air dry
- Do not iron
RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make any necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the gaiter on the press base and the printed side of the paper onto the fabric
- Close the press with medium-high pressure for 45 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed gaiter
- Carefully remove the paper
- Repeat the same process to sublimate the other side of the neck gaiter
