DESCRIPTION

• Useful for basting or temporarily stitching fabric pieces. Allows marking lines or patterns on fabrics, such as hems
• Water-soluble, they dissolve quickly in cold water at 20 °C without leaving marks or residues. Perfect for creating sewing prototypes or fitting tests
• PS thread means it is constructed with multiple spun strands, in this case, 2. This feature gives the thread strength and stability
• Thickness or count of 80 Nm - 246 dTex, both systems indicate how fine or thick the thread is. The metric number system (Nm) measures a certain weight of thread, unlike the Tex system (dTex) which measures the weight in grams of 1000 metres of thread
• Facilitates the joining of pieces in patchwork (joining fabric pieces like patches) and quilting (padding) projects, allowing adjustments before sewing permanently
• Can also be used to stabilise water-soluble interfacings for embroidery without leaving any residue
• Saves time, avoids the use and marks of pins. No need to remove temporary stitches sewn with regular thread, thus avoiding damage to the fabric and saving an additional time-consuming operation
