RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Before sublimating, it is recommended to shake the T-shirt and clean the part that will be placed on the plate with an adhesive lint brush to remove impurities and dust that could cause stains
• Print the design in mode mirror
• Preheat the press to 200ºC
• Place the t-shirt on the base of the iron and the printed part of the paper on the t-shirt
• Close the press at medium-high pressure for 35 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove remove the freshly printed T-shirt
• Carefully remove the paper
