DESCRIPTION

POLI-FLEX PEARL GLITTER is a heat sealable effect film laminated with glitter particles for textile transfer.

• The liner is a self-adhesive PET (polyester) film that acts as a carrier sheet
• The 10-metre rolls have a Ø7.5 cm cardboard core
• The raw materials are ecologically inert, do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals and are certified in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class I
• Made in Germany by Poli-Tape

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• This vinyl is a film clear coated with glitter. When applied on dark garmentsthe colour will be perceived through the vinyl, more or less, depending on the colour of the film (light or dark). glitter (light or dark). The film does not take on the colour of the . garmentbut its colour can be seen behind the vinyl, varying its tonality

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

TRANSFER PARAMETERS

• Knife blade: 60º
• Temperature: 160ºC
• Time: 15 seconds
• Pressure: 2.5 - 3.0 bar [medium pressure]

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Cut your design in mirror image with a cutter plotter
• Weed out your excess vinyl
• Preheat the press to 160ºC
• Place the garment on the press and pre-press for 4-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture from the fabric
• Position the vinyl over the garment and cover with protective paper
• Press for 15 seconds, medium pressure
• Warm peel the liner

WASH RESISTANCE

• Washing resistance: 60ºC max
• Wash inside out
• Suitable for tumble dryer
• Suitable for dry cleaning
