DESCRIPTION

• Lightbox that meets the needs of any screen printing workshop
• Automatic digital timer with memory of the last used parameters
• Plug and play. No special installation required
• Easy-to-use PLC controller
• Grey metal housing with front opening and metal latch to ensure a sealed space
• Uniform exposure thanks to the LED bulbs
• Highly energy-efficient. Uses up to 50% less than other exposure units due to the short exposure time, between 40 and 70 seconds
• Protective pad for the glass
• Tempered glass with a thickness of 5 mm

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Ensure the emulsion you are using works with LED
• Open the lid and remove the protective pad
• Turn on the exposure unit and press the "exposure" button
• Use the "<+" and "->" buttons to select the exposure time in seconds
• Once the screen and film are properly placed, close the lid and secure it with the hooks on both sides of the exposure unit
• Once closed, press the "start" button and wait for the countdown
• When it reaches zero, an alarm will notify you that the screen is ready for washing
• If you want to repeat, the previously set time will be retained. To reset the timer to zero, simply press the "reset" button
