DESCRIPTION

• 3-step application: first, print on paper A; then, transfer the adhesive from B PRO paper to paper A; finally, fix the design onto the fabric/rigid material
• B PRO paper acts as an adhesive so that Laser-Dark No-Cut transfer paper (A) can adhere to the material
• Only a laser printer and a transfer press are required
• Improved white opacity and vibrant colours on dark backgrounds
• Suitable for most textiles and some rigid materials: cotton, polyester, blends, denim, paper, cardboard, etc.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

• To transfer, it is necessary to use B PRO paper. Available in Related Products (Ref. 050471 and Ref. 050472)
• For optimal results, it is recommended to remove the Teflon pad from the press if it has one, as it absorbs too much heat
• Using a rigid, firm, and well-maintained pad will provide better quality results
• For nylon textiles, it is recommended to pre-press for 30 seconds before transferring to ensure the design adheres properly
• Applying even pressure across the entire surface will ensure good transfers

TRANSFER PARAMETERS FOR TEXTILE/RIGID MATERIALS

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

PRINTING THE LASER-DARK NO-CUT TRANSFER PAPER

• Select the material type on the printer: Film, Sheet, or Transparency
• Make the following adjustments on your printer:
• Print your design on Laser Dark No-Cut transfer paper (A) in mirror mode on the rough side

TRANSFER

• Trim the edges of the Laser-Dark transfer paper (A) to remove any adhesive residue
• Heat the press to 155 °C. Once the temperature is reached, keep the press closed for at least 30 seconds to ensure the lower platen is hot
• Place protective paper on the press to protect the lower platen
• Place the Laser-Dark transfer paper (A) with the printed side facing up and the B PRO paper with the white side facing down in contact with the transfer paper
• Cover them with protective paper
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 90 seconds
• Open the press and remove the protective paper
• Rub evenly for 5 seconds
• Without removing them from the press, separate the B PRO paper from the Laser-Dark transfer paper while hot. Use a slow, smooth, diagonal motion
• Pre-press the garment for 5-10 seconds to remove moisture
• Place the Laser-Dark transfer paper with the design onto the garment
• Press using the parameters indicated for each material (see transfer parameters table). Remember, nylon must be pre-pressed for 30 seconds before transferring the design
• Remove the garment from the press with the Laser-Dark transfer paper and allow it to cool
• Remove when cold. When the Laser-Dark transfer paper is cold to the touch, peel off the transfer paper from one corner with a slow, continuous motion
  
• Carry out a final press, covering with protective paper for 30 seconds using the same parameters as before
  

APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS

WASH RESISTANCE

• Resistant up to 40 °C (cold wash cycle)
  
• Do not use fabric softeners or detergent
• Air dry
