DESCRIPTION

• Compact desktop design: includes 2 metal roll holders
• Versatile: in addition to laminating and encapsulating, it is useful for laminating vinyl, card stock, and applying reactive foil. We explain how to do it
• Multiple applications: gloss finish lamination to protect and add rigidity to posters, documents, and labels
• Adjustable: suitable for DIN sizes A3, A4, A5, and A6
• 3 laminating systems: cold, single-sided hot, or double-sided hot
• Even heat and pressure distribution: thanks to the 4 rollers it incorporates
• Adjustable temperature: via control panel
  
• Optimal performance: the ventilation grille dissipates heat generated during use
• Safe: overheating protection system. It automatically shuts off when the temperature reaches 130 °C

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Adjust the pressure and temperature according to the type of work you are going to do
• In case of a jam, use the forward and reverse switch
• Leave enough space behind the laminator for smooth material output
• To avoid heat build-up after prolonged use, place it on a flat, stable surface with good ventilation

WHAT DOES THE LAMINATOR INCLUDE?

INSTRUCTIONS FOR LAMINATING 

1. Turn off and unplug the laminator before handling it
2. Place the lamination film on the upper shaft, and on the lower shaft if double-sided lamination
   • Single-sided lamination: adhesive side of the film facing down
   • Double-sided lamination:
     • Upper roll: adhesive side facing down
     • Lower roll: adhesive side facing up
3. Pass the end of the film between the heating and pressure rollers, following the machine's manual
4. Use the guides and tension bars to keep the film taut and wrinkle-free
5. Turn on the laminator and perform a test to ensure the lamination is even

INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING REACTIVE FOIL

1. Print the design with a laser printer
2. Place the foil over the design with the shiny side facing up
3. Pass the design and foil together through the laminator, applying heat and pressure
4. Allow to cool and remove the foil to reveal the decorated design
