Metallic faux leather vinyl, suitable as a base or background for embroidering patches.
It can be cut by hand, along the edge or festoon of the patch.
- Composition: PVC (90%), polyurethane (5%), and polyester (5%)

DESCRIPTION
- Can be applied directly onto the garment or embroidered onto fabric pieces to create patches and then affixed
- Easy to cut. Embroider a cord or satin stitch around the outline. Remove excess vinyl by stretching it with your hands
- No cutting tools required (plotter, cutter, laser machine...)
- Pelltex fabric provides stability to the embroidery, eliminating the need for interfacings
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- To apply the embroidered patch, you can use a heat-adhesive sheet and affix it to the garment with heat. See Related Products
- The length and/or width of some rolls may vary slightly. However, the working area will always be equal to or greater than sold: 48 × 68 cm = 3,264 cm²
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Embroider a contour cord or satin stitch
- Use needles of Nm 70 or 75 and slightly increase the stitch density on this cord
- Apply the heat-adhesive sheet before trimming the vinyl (optional)
- Make a small cut with scissors at the starting point of the patch and stretch the excess
- Peel off manually along the edge of the patch, using both hands
WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS
- Wash inside out at a maximum temperature of 60 ºC
- Air dry
- Iron at low temperature
- Do not use bleach or chlorine
- Do not dry clean
