RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters are indicative only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
USING A MUG PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 180 ºC
- Place the paper with the printed side on the mug and secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
- Close the press with medium-high pressure for 200 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated mug
- Carefully remove the paper
USING A SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the oven to 180 ºC
- Place the mirror-printed design around the mug and secure it using heat-resistant adhesive tape
- Adjust the clamp, or place the mug inside a shrink bag and heat with a heat gun, avoiding the formation of wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet
- Sublimate in the oven for 13-15 minutes
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet or shrink bag, as appropriate
- Carefully remove the paper from the mug
