  • Mug with bevelled or grooved base. Smaller diameter with ribbed design
  • Smooth, slightly conical sublimation body
  • Suitable for personalisation with transfer press using 10-11 oz elements. Also suitable for sublimation oven using clamps, silicone sheets or shrink bags
  • Supplied in kraft cardboard box

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are indicative only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

USING A MUG PRESS

  • Print the design in mirror mode
  • Heat the press to 180 ºC
  • Place the paper with the printed side on the mug and secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
  • Close the press with medium-high pressure for 200 seconds
  • With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated mug
  • Carefully remove the paper

USING A SUBLIMATION OVEN

  • Print the design in mirror mode
  • Heat the oven to 180 ºC
  • Place the mirror-printed design around the mug and secure it using heat-resistant adhesive tape
  • Adjust the clamp, or place the mug inside a shrink bag and heat with a heat gun, avoiding the formation of wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet
  • Sublimate in the oven for 13-15 minutes
  • With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet or shrink bag, as appropriate
  • Carefully remove the paper from the mug
