DESCRIPTION

• Fridge magnets featuring designs typical of Spanish culture. Perfect for personalising with sayings or famous quotes, photographs of iconic Spanish locations, etc.
• They can also be personalised by combining dye sublimation printing with laser engraving.
• Designed and manufactured by Brildor using high-quality Chromaluxe^® MDF wood panels. They leave no residue from laser cutting.
• White sublimatable front and dark wood back. Black edges created by laser cutting.
• Includes magnetic stickers to attach to each magnet after personalisation.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The printable side has a clear plastic protective film that must be removed before sublimation. Some magnets also have an additional layer of paper to further protect the surface. Both are easily removable.

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

The parameters provided are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print your design in mirror mode
• Preheat the press to 180 °C
• Completely remove the clear plastic film protecting the sublimatable surface of the magnet
• Place the magnet on the press base and the printed side of the paper on the magnet. Secure with heat-resistant tape
• Close the press with medium pressure for 60 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed magnet
• Carefully peel off the paper
• Remove the adhesive backing from the magnetic sticker and attach it to the back of the magnet
