DESCRIPTION

- They can also be personalised by combining dye sublimation printing with laser engraving
- Designed and manufactured by Brildor with panels of MDF wood high quality Chromaluxe®. They leave no residue on the laser cutting
- Sublimatable white face and back from dark wood. Black colour edges generated by the laser cutting
- Includes magnetic stickers to attach to each of the magnets after their personalisation
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The face printable face has a film protective film to be clear plastic to be removed before sublimation. The film of some magnets includes an additional layer of additional paper to further protect its surface. Easily removable

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
- Print on design in mode mirror
- Preheat the press to 180 °C
- Completely removes the film of clear plastic film protecting the sublimatable surface of the magnet
- Place the magnet on the base of the press and the printed part of the paper on the magnet. Fix them with thermal adhesive tape
- Close the press with medium pressure for 60 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove remove the magnet from the new printed
- Carefully peel off the paper
- Remove the adhesive sticker from the magnet and attach it to the back from magnet
