Instructions and parameters recommended for sublimation
Parameters are given as a guide only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mode mirror
- Preheat the press to 200 ºC
- Remove the cords from the backpack before placing it in the heat press. Protect the rings with heat tape
- Insert two white sheets or a piece of backpack two white sheets of paper or a piece of cardstock. This will prevent the heat from fusing the two sides of the backpack or the heat from transferring ink from one side to the other.
- Place the backpack on the base of the press and the printed side of the paper on the bag
- Close the press at high pressure for 25-30 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove remove the backpack the freshly sublimated
- Carefully peel off the paper
