DESCRIPTION

• Double layer of fabric
• Sublimatable on both sides
• Includes pocket with zip closure
• Can also be personalised with other techniques such as screen printing, transfer, heat transfer vinyl and embroidery

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• If you sublimate the side with the zip, cover it with heat-resistant adhesive tape and, if possible, leave it outside the press during sublimation
• To personalise with DTF, follow the time, temperature and pressure parameters recommended by the film manufacturer. Also ensure not to exceed the maximum temperature the fabric can withstand

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the wristband on the base of the press and the printed side of the paper on the wristband. Secure them with heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Place protective paper
• Close the press at medium pressure for 40 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated wristband
• Carefully remove the paper
