DESCRIPTION

• Headband for customisation, ideal for sports centres, spas, beauty salons, etc.
• Sports band made from technical double-layer fabric that facilitates sweat wicking

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The black band is not suitable for sublimation. It is recommended to use an alternative technique
• For DTF customisation, follow the time, temperature, and pressure parameters recommended by the film manufacturer. Also ensure not to exceed the maximum temperature the fabric can withstand

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 °C
• It is recommended to place protective paper inside the band to avoid staining the other side
• Place the band on the lower platen of the press and the printed side of the paper on top of the band
• Secure with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement
• Close the press at medium pressure for 20 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed band
• Carefully remove the paper
