DESCRIPTION
- Flap closure with Velcro
- Gusseted base to increase capacity
- Adjustable shoulder strap with metal buckle
- Easy to personalise. The flap is attached to the bag with Velcro, allowing it to be completely removed for sublimation
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- Keep the Velcro away from the heat press during sublimation
- Cover the coloured part of the flap with protective paper to prevent burning or staining during transfer
- To personalise with DTF, follow the time, temperature and pressure parameters recommended by the film manufacturer. Also ensure you do not exceed the maximum temperature the fabric can withstand

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- If possible, keep the Velcro and the coloured part of the flap out of the press. You can also protect these areas with protective paper
- Place the flap on the base plate of the press and the printed side of the paper on top of the flap. Secure with heat-resistant adhesive tape
- Close the press with medium pressure for 60 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed flap
- Carefully remove the paper
