DESCRIPTION

• Ideal as a souvenir or promotional gift at sporting or technology events... For celebrations such as children's parties, stag dos, etc.
• Can be sublimated on the entire outer surface except the handle
• Suitable for customisation with a transfer press using 11 oz heating elements. Also with a sublimation oven using clamps, silicone sheets or shrink bags and a heat gun

• It can also be customised using other techniques such as laser engraving, transfer, vinyl, screen printing, DTF, UV printing, etc.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Before sublimating the mug, please note that these colours will blend with those of the image to be printed, altering the shade. One way to minimise this effect is to choose dark-coloured designs
• Avoid microwave use and preferably wash by hand

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

WITH MUG PRESS

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press with an 11oz mug heating element to 200 ºC
• Place the printed side of the paper onto the mug and fix it with heat-resistant tape
• Close the press at medium-high pressure for 200 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed mug
• Carefully remove the paper

WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the sublimation oven to 180 ºC
• Place the printed side of the paper onto the mug and fix it with heat-resistant tape
• Fit a sublimation oven clamp or a silicone sheet to the mug, or create a vacuum with a shrink bag
• Place the mug in the oven for 13-15 minutes
• At the end of the process, remove the mug using a protective glove
• Carefully remove the paper
