DESCRIPTION

• Printable on its white gloss side
• They come in an A5 cardboard box that you can reuse to deliver the sublimated photo panel. You can purchase more boxes like these separately
• You can also personalise them using screen printing, laser engraving, self-adhesive vinyl, transfer or DTF printing

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The customisable side has a clear plastic protective film that needs to be removed before sublimating. The film on some photopanels includes an additional layer of paper to further protect the surface. Easily removable
• They do not include table stands or hanging hooks. You can purchase these separately
• The box will be sealed with tape and a label. They can be easily removed without damaging the box, so you can reuse it

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters are given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the press to 200ºC
• Pre-press for 5-10 seconds
• Place the panel on the heat press with the printed paper against the white side. Fix it with heat-resistant tape
• Press for 60 seconds, medium-high pressure
• Remove the sublimated panel using a protective glove
• Carefully peel off the paper
• Attach a hook or table stand to use it as a picture frame
