The sheets or plates have a film of clear plastic film that protects the face printable. It must be removed before sublimation
After sublimation sheets and before they cool down, place a heavy weight on the item heavy on them so that they do not get bent

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 180 °C
Remove the protective plastic film from the plate sheet
Place the plate on the lower platen the press and the paper with the printed design on the sheet. Fix it with heat adhesive tape
Close the press with medium pressure for 40 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimed sheet Remove the freshly sublimated
Carefully peel off the paper
Place some heavy item heavy on the sheet before it cools down. This will prevent it from bending
Repeat the same process to sublimate the others sheets
