DESCRIPTION

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH MUG HEAT PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the paper with the printed side around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
- Close the press at medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed mug
- Carefully remove the paper
WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Remove the silicone accessories from the mug
- Heat the sublimation oven to 180 ºC
- Place the printed paper around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
- Adjust the clamp, or place the mug inside a shrink wrap and heat with a heat gun avoiding wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet
- Place the mug in the oven for 13-15 minutes
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet, or shrink wrap, as applicable
- Carefully remove the paper from the mug
