DESCRIPTION

• Customisable with a mug heat press for 12 oz resistances. Also via sublimation oven with clamps, silicone sheets, and shrink wrap

MEASUREMENTS 

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

WITH MUG HEAT PRESS

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the paper with the printed side around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Close the press at medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed mug
• Carefully remove the paper

WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Remove the silicone accessories from the mug
• Heat the sublimation oven to 180 ºC
• Place the printed paper around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Adjust the clamp, or place the mug inside a shrink wrap and heat with a heat gun avoiding wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet
• Place the mug in the oven for 13-15 minutes
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet, or shrink wrap, as applicable
• Carefully remove the paper from the mug
