DESCRIPTION

- Can also be customised using other techniques such as laser engraving
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The customisable sides have a transparent plastic protective film that must be removed before sublimation. Some keyrings have an additional paper layer on the film for extra surface protection. They are easily removable

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 180 ºC
- Remove the transparent plastic film covering the customisable side of the keyring
- Place the keyring on the press base with the printed side of the paper on the keyring. Secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Close the press with medium pressure for 60 seconds
- Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed keyring
- Carefully remove the paper
- Repeat the same process to sublimate the other side
- Attach the plastic clasp with the ring to the keyring
