THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• They have a transparent plastic film protecting the printable face. It must be removed before sublimation
• It is recommended to attach the insert to the base with care. Once attached, it may break when you try to remove it
• You can purchase additional inserts for the round keyring (Ref. 038970) and the heart-shaped keyring (Ref. 033870)

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror image
  
• Preheat the press to 180 °C
• Remove the protective plastic from the white part of the insert
• Place the insert on the lower platen of the press and the printed part of the paper against it
• Press for 30 seconds, medium pressure
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly printed insert
• Carefully peel off the paper
