INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

• Contains 1 blank sheet and 1 transparent plastic sheet
• Sheets are pre-printed with the days of the week and a space for the date
• 6 rings to replace the pages
• Slots for storing cards, photos and more
• includes a calculator that works with sunlight and/or 1 AG10 button cell battery (included). It also includes measurements in cm on one side as a ruler

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• If possible, leave the non-printable part of the front side out of the press Otherwise you can cover it with a piece of cardstock or cardboard to prevent it from getting dirty or damaged during printing
• It is recommended to cover the zip with heat-resistant tape and use a Nomex felt pad to prevent the printable surface from sinking during sublimation
• Make sure the heat-resistant tape does not touch the leather of the journal, as you might tear it off when peeling it off

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the press to 200ºC
• Place the cover on the base of the press (unzip the diary completely) and put the printed part of the paper on top of it. Fix it with heat-resistant tape
• Cover with protective paper
• Press for 40 seconds, medium pressure
• With the help of a protective glove, take out the sublimated diary
• Carefully peel off the paper
