DESCRIPTION

COVERS

• Fleece effect, very soft and pleasant to the touch
• It is possible to sublimate both the white side and the red side in the case of the bicolour model
• They can also be customised with other techniques such as embroidery, rhinestones, transfer, heat transfer vinyl and screen printing

FILLING

• Outer layer made of non-woven fabric (NWF), 100% polypropylene
• Inner filling made of conjugated hollow siliconised fibre, 100% polyester
• Increase the volume or firmness of the filling by purchasing additional fibre separately
• Supplied vacuum packed

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Keep the zip away from the heat press to avoid damage during the sublimation process
• If sublimating the red side of the White/Red cushions, please note that the red shade will blend with the colours of the image you wish to print, altering its tone. One way to minimise this effect is to choose designs with dark colours

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Hand wash or machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC
• Wash inside out
• Do not use bleach
• Do not dry clean
• Iron at a maximum temperature of 110 ºC

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the cover on the press base and the printed side of the paper onto the cover
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 35 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed cover
• Carefully remove the paper
