DESCRIPTION

COVERS

• Small heart models include a hanging ribbon (Ref. 009068 and 003883)
• With a slight sheen, similar to satin
• Include a label with a 3 x 2 cm space for stamping your company logo or identification. The washing instructions will be visible on the reverse side
• Fully sublimable on both the white and red sides in the case of the two-tone model
• Can also be customised with other techniques such as screen printing, transfer, textile vinyl, DTG, and embroidery

FILLINGS

• Outer fabric is non-woven (TST), 100% polypropylene
• Inner filling is hollow conjugated siliconised fibre, 100% polyester
• Increase the volume or firmness of the filling by purchasing fibre separately
• Delivered vacuum-packed

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Leave the zipper outside the press to prevent damage during the sublimation process
• If sublimating the red side of the covers, note that it will blend with the image you wish to print, altering its tone. To minimise this effect, choose designs with dark colours

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Wash inside out by hand or in a washing machine at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC
• Air dry
• Iron at a low temperature
• Do not dry clean

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the cover on the lower plate of the press
• Insert protective paper inside the cover to prevent staining the other side
• Place the printed design on the cover. Secure it with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement
• Open the zipper, close the press, and sublimate at medium-high pressure for 45 seconds
• Open the press and remove the sublimated cover with a protective glove
• Carefully remove the printed paper
