DESCRIPTION

  • Mugs for coffee, café au lait, tea or infusions. Ideal for home, office, workspace, etc.
  • The frosted mug simulates the freezer effect
  • Cylindrical glass body with wide ring handle. Not easily scratched
  • Suitable for personalisation with transfer press using 11 oz elements. Also compatible with sublimation ovens using clamps, silicone sheets and shrink bags

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out tests beforehand to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

USING A MUG PRESS

  • Print the design in mirror mode
  • Heat the press to 200 ºC
  • Place the paper with the printed side onto the mug and fix it with heat-resistant tape
  • Close the press with medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
  • With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated mug
  • Carefully remove the paper

USING A SUBLIMATION OVEN

  • Print the design in mirror mode
  • Heat the oven to 180 ºC
  • Place the mirror-printed design around the mug and fix it using heat-resistant tape
  • Fit the clamp, or place the mug inside a shrink bag and heat with a heat gun, avoiding the formation of wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet
  • Sublimate in the oven for 13 minutes
  • With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet or shrink bag, as appropriate
  • Carefully remove the paper from the mug
