DESCRIPTION

• Compact umbrella with 8 customisable panels, Velcro fastening and silver-coloured flat cap
• White polyester white, printable full surface
• Manual opening and closing
• Ergonomic handle with carrying strap
• It can also be customised with other techniques such as transfer, screen printing and heat transfer vinyl

TIPS AND TRICKS

• The panels of the umbrellas panels are not fully customisable due to the shape of the panels
• The dye sublimation printing must be made by means of press small plate or press portable

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters indicated as a guide only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

WITH A PORTABLE TRANSFER PLATE

• Print the design in mode mirror
• Preheat the press to 200 °C and program 60 seconds
• Place a protective pad on a rigid base
• Place the design on one of the panels and secure it with heat tape
• Place protective paper on top of the design y press for the programmed time by leaning on it and exerting medium pressure on it panel
• Carefully peel off the paper

WITH A CONVENTIONAL TRANSFER PLATE

• Print the design in mode mirror
• Preheat the press to 200 °C
• Place the part of the umbrellas part you want to sublimate on the base of the press and the printed part of the paper on the fabric from panel
• Close the press at medium pressure for 35-45 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove remove the umbrellas from printed
• Carefully peel off the paper
