RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters are given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 180ºC
Remove the plastic film covering the surface of the keyring
Place the keyring on the lower platen of the press and the printed part of the paper on the keyring. Fix them with heat-resistant tape
Press for 60 seconds, medium pressure
With the help of a protective glove, remove the printed keyring
Carefully peel off the paper
If you wish to sublimate the other side of the keyring, repeat the above steps
Place the closure and ring on the keyring

Calidad en la impresión

Estos llaveros, no te defraudarán, son 100 % perfectos para la sublimación y encima con brillo. Consejo: Ten cuidado a la hora de quitar el protector de papel, que lleva, porque en la parte blanca llevara otro de plástico transparente ;) fijate bien, antes de sublimar o perderás el llavero.

Sin muy buenos, solo tengan en cuenta que al quitar el papel, se quite también el plástico, sino se caerá después de la sublimación y quedarán los colores opacos.
