• Great for indoor and outdoor decoration due to its smooth gloss finish. Perfect for adding a personal touch to sofas, beds, armchairs, garden furniture, hammocks, and many more.
• Includes a tag, specially designed by Brildor, with a 3 x 2 cm blank space to print your company’s logo. Washing instructions will be visible on the back. It is possible to trim the tag so that only your business’ identification is visible.
• Customisable on both sides and their entire surface area.
• With a slight gloss, similar to silk satin. They are not translucent.
• The zip is positioned so that it covers the entire width of the cushion and is hidden inside it.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Although it does not wrinkle easily, we recommend ironing the cover with its zip open to prevent it from burning.
• You may personalise these covers by combining dye sublimation printing with other techniques such as embroidery, rhinestones, transfer, HTV, Direct-to-Garment printing (DTG), and screen printing.

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC
• Do not use bleach.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Iron at low temperature. 110 ºC max.
• Do not dry clean.

Recommended instructions and parameters for sublimation printing

• Print the design in mirror image.
• Preheat the press to 200ºC.
• Place the cover on the press’ lower platen.
• Put protective paper inside the cover to avoid staining the other side.
• Position the printed design on the cover. Fix it with heat-resistant tape, so it doesn’t move.
• Make sure the zip is open and press for 45 seconds, medium-heavy pressure.
• Open the press. Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed cover.
• Remove the paper carefully.
