DESCRIPTION

• Made from 100% white polyester with a shiny finish
• Includes a label designed by Brildor with a 3 x 2 cm space to print your company or shop logo. The label can be trimmed so that only your business identification is visible
• Customisable over the entire surface on both sides
• Rectangular covers are the right size for use as bed pillows
• With a slight sheen, similar to silk satin. Not translucent
• The zip is positioned so that it runs the full width of the cushion and remains hidden
• Can also be personalised using other techniques such as: embroidery, rhinestones, transfer, vinyl, DTG and screen printing

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Although the entire cover can be personalised, we recommend leaving 0.5 cm at the zip area (the width of the seam) to avoid damaging it
• Filling not included. Must be purchased separately

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC
• Air dry
• Although it does not crease easily, you may iron at a maximum temperature of 110 ºC
• Do not dry clean

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the cover on the lower plate of the press
• Insert protective paper inside the cover to avoid staining the other side
• Place the printed design on the cover. Fix it with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement
• Open the zip, close the press and sublimate at medium-high pressure for 45 seconds
• Open the press and remove the sublimated cover using a protective glove
• Carefully remove the printed paper
