DESCRIPTION

  • Suitable for most hot water bottles on the market
  • Sack-style design with a top opening for inserting or removing the hot water bottle
  • Soft and pleasant to the touch fabric. Helps keep water hot for longer
  • Flexible beige rubber hot water bottles. Include a screw cap with a ring for easy opening and closing
  • The covers can also be personalised with heat transfer vinyl, embroidery, rhinestones, screen printing, DTG and transfer

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

  • Choose the hot water bottle according to the size of the cover:
    Cover Bottle
    16.5 x 29.5 cm 1L - 15 x 25 cm
    21 x 34 cm 2L - 18.5 x 32 cm
  • For DTF personalisation, follow the time, temperature, and pressure parameters recommended by the film manufacturer. Also ensure you do not exceed the maximum temperature the fabric can withstand
  • If applying DTF, reduce the press pressure to prevent the plush texture from being flattened during pressing

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Suitable for machine washing at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC
  • Do not bleach or dry clean
  • Preferably air dry

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters provided as a guideline. They may vary due to factors such as the sublimation paper used, the inks, or the ambient temperature. For this reason, it is recommended to carry out tests.

  • Print the design in mirror mode
  • Heat the press to 200ºC
  • Before sublimating the reverse, place a sheet of paper in the flap to protect the rest of the cover
  • Place the cover on the press base and the printed side of the paper on the cover
  • Close the press at medium-high pressure for 40 seconds
  • With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed cover
  • Carefully remove the paper
  • Repeat the same process to sublimate the other side
