DESCRIPTION

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- Both sides are covered with a protective film that must be removed before sublimation
- The plastic of the card is translucent. It is recommended to sublimate only one side because the printed design will show through on the other side

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated with guidance. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode with your sublimation printer
- Heat the press to 180 °C
- Place protective paper on the lower plate of the press
- Remove the protective film from both sides of the card
- Place the printed design on the card. Secure the paper to the card with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement
- Place the card on the lower plate of the press and cover it with protective paper
- Press at medium pressure for 60 seconds
- Remove the card with the help of a protective glove
