Recommended instructions and parameters for sublimation printing
WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS (Ref. 000128)
Print the design in mirror image.
Preheat the press to 180ºC
Hold the paper's printed side against the stein and fix it with heat-resistant tape.
Press for 300 seconds, medium-heavy pressure.
Remove the newly printed stein using a protective glove.
Remove the paper carefully.
WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design in mirror image.
Preheat the press to 180ºC
Hold the paper's printed side against the stein and fix it with heat-resistant tape.
Adjust the clamp, or place the mug in a heat shrink bag and heat it with a heat gun. Make sure you get rid of all the wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet.
Sublimate it in the oven for 13 - 15 minutes
Using a protective glove, remove the wrap, the silicone sheet, or the bag, depending on the accessories you used.
