RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 200 ºC
Remove the protective film from the printable side of the insert
Place the insert on the press' lower platen with the paper's printed side against it. Fix it with heat-resistant tape
Press for 40 seconds, medium-heavy pressure
Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed insert
Carefully peel off the paper
