THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

  • The face printable has a film protective film that has to be removed before sublimation.
  • To glue these sheets you can use double-sided (o sheets from magnet adhesive) that you will find in Related Products
  • Customisable on one side, the back silver colour is not sublimate

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

  • Print the design in mode mirror
  • Preheat the press to 200 ºC
  • Remove the protective film from the white side of the sheet
  • Place the sheet on the press and the printed part of the paper on the white side of the sheet. Fix it with thermal adhesive tape
  • Close the press with medium pressure for 40 seconds
  • With the help of a protective glove remove the freshly sublimated plate sheet or freshly sublimated plate
  • Carefully peel off the paper
