DESCRIPTION

• Perfect to add to your gift collection for celebrations: gender reveals, christenings or communions
• You can also personalise them to decorate babies', boys' and girls' rooms
• Photo block design. Due to their thickness, they stand up on their own without the need for support
• White glossy sublimatable side. Black back and edges
• You can also personalise them with other techniques such as screen printing, adhesive vinyl, transfer and direct UV printing

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The customisable side has a protective pink plastic film that needs to be removed before sublimating. The film on some photopanels includes an additional layer of paper to further protect the surface. Easily removable
• They can also be hung on the wall by attaching hooks or brackets
• Although they don't need a table stand, you can attach one for extra stability 

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters are given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mode mirror
• Preheat the press to 200 °C
• Remove the protective plastic from the sublimatable side of the panel.
• Place the panel on the plate and the printed side of the paper on the white side of the panel. Secure with heat adhesive tape
• Close the press with medium pressure for 60 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove remove the panel from sublimated
• Carefully peel off the paper
