DESCRIPTION
- Side and base gussets to increase capacity
- Sublimatable over the entire surface, including handles and gussets
- Reinforced handles for improved strength and usability
- Heat-sealed finish on handles and edges
- Can also be customised using other techniques such as DTG, transfer, embroidery, rhinestones, heat transfer vinyl or screen printing
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- To prevent colour transfer from one side of the tote bag to the other, place protective paper inside
- To customise with DTF, follow the time, temperature, and pressure parameters recommended by the film manufacturer. Also ensure you do not exceed the maximum temperature the fabric can withstand

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 190-200 ºC
- Place the bag on the press base and the printed side of the paper on top of the bag
- Cover with protective paper
- Close the press with medium pressure for 40-35 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated bag
- Carefully remove the paper
