DESCRIPTION

• Sturdy totes, made of recycled materials
• Long brown leatherette handles sewn in the shape of an X
• Bellows at the base for increased capacity
• Sublimable on the entire surface
• RPET label sewn on the side of the bags
• They can also be personalised with other techniques such as laser engraving, screen printing, embroidery, DTF, transfer, rhinestones or textile vinyl

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Before sublimating, it should be taken into account that the colour of the bags will blend in with the colour of the image to be printed, changing its shade. One way to minimise this effect is to choose dark coloured designs

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters given for guidanceonly . It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mode mirror
• Preheat the press to 200 °C
• Enter protective paper inside so as not to stain the other side.
• Place the bag on the base of the press and the printed side of the paper on the bag
• Cover with protective paper
• Close the press at medium-high pressure for 30 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated bag
• Carefully peel off the paper
• Perform the same process to sublimate the other side
