DESCRIPTION
- Perfect as a souvenir, shopping bag or gift for celebrations and events
- Practical and comfortable to carry over the shoulder or by hand thanks to its wide handles
- Base with gusset that increases its capacity and provides stability for placing it on flat surfaces
- Suitable for customisation over the entire surface
- On-trend material made from plastics, making it a recycled and reusable bag. RPET label as a side woven tag
- Edges and handles finished with laser cutting
- It can also be customised with other techniques such as embroidery, transfer, rhinestones or heat transfer vinyl
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- To prevent colour transfer from one side of the tote bag to the other, place protective paper inside
- To customise with DTF, follow the time, temperature and pressure parameters recommended by the film manufacturer. Also ensure you do not exceed the maximum temperature the fabric can withstand
- Before sublimating, bear in mind that the grey colour will mix with the colours of the image you wish to print, altering its shade. One way to minimise this effect is to choose dark-coloured designs

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200ºC
- Insert protective paper inside to avoid staining the other side
- Place the bag on the press base and the printed side of the paper on the bag
- Close the press at medium-high pressure for 30 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated bag
- Carefully remove the paper
- Repeat the same process to sublimate the other side
