DESCRIPTION

• Ideal as a promotional gift for canine events or veterinary clinics
• Sublimatable over the entire surface, including the 2 pockets
• By inserting your hands into the pockets, drying your pet is made easier
• The black cover black has a netted front to ensure the towel is more breathable when wet
• The drawstring adjustable at the closure of the cover prevents the towel from slipping or falling off easily
• You can also customise the towel with other techniques such as embroidery, DTF, rhinestones, DTG, transfer, heat transfer vinyl and screen printing

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Before sublimating you must take into account that the grey colour of the towel will be mixed with those of the towel you want to sublimate. One way to minimise this effect is to choose designs dark coloured towels
• The edge towel trim is not sublimatable. Keep it out of the press during the dye sublimation printing

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters indicated for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mode mirror
• Preheat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the fabric on the base of the press and the printed part of the paper on the fabric
• Close the press at medium-high pressure for 25-30 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the fabric the freshly sublimated
• Carefully peel off the paper
• Perform the same process to personalise the other side of the fabric
