DESCRIPTION

Perfect as promotional giveaways at dog events or veterinary clinics
Sublimatable on the entire surface, including seams (prints all over or full print)
From whitewithout sleeves y round neck
Finished with double stitching reinforced at neck, shoulders and waist
Fabric knitted soft to the touchwith grammage 180 g/m²
Can also be customised using other techniques: embroidery, rhinestones, transfer, heat transfer vinyl, screen printing o DTG

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

Before sublimating, it is advisable to place a piece of matting or other material inside the t-shirt a piece of mat or other material, so that the area you want to personalise is at the same height as the edges. This base should be (semi)rigid and resistant to high temperatures
If you want to save time with less effort, it is advisable to partially sublimate these T-shirts

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters indicated as a guide. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 200 ºC
Use a lint remover brush to clean the garment to remove any impurities or dust that may cause stains
Place the suit on the lower platen of the press and the printed part of the paper on it
Close the press at medium pressure for 40-50 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the suit sublimated
Carefully peel off the paper
