THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• This product has irregular edges, so it is recommended to use a Teflon pad when sublimating to achieve more even pressure and better results
• To personalise with DTF, follow the time, temperature, and pressure parameters recommended by the film manufacturer. Also ensure not to exceed the maximum temperature the fabric can withstand
• Remember to protect the ends of the lanyard during sublimation with protective paper to avoid burning or damaging the product

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters provided are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print your design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the Teflon pad under the lanyard to achieve even pressure during pressing
• Place protective paper on the ends of the lanyard to avoid burning or damaging the product during printing
• Place the sublimatable part of the lanyard on the lower plate of the press and the printed side of the paper on the sublimatable part of the lanyard
• Close the press at medium pressure for 40-45 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated lanyard
• Carefully remove the paper with the printed design and the protective paper from the ends
• Carefully remove the Teflon pad placed under the lanyard
