DESCRIPTION

• Mesh net bags, black handles and 1 front pocket
• Cooler with isothermal lining ensures that food and drinks are kept cold for hours
• Cooler exterior in 600D heavy duty RPET polyester
• Reinforced handles with Velcro fastening for comfortable carrying
• Large front pocket, ideal for storing personal belongings or extra snacks

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Sublimable only on the central pocket
• To personalise with DTF, follow the time, temperature and pressure parameters recommended by the film manufacturer. Also make sure not to exceed the maximum temperature that the fabric can withstand
• It is recommended to place protective paper inside the pocket during the dye sublimation printing to prevent ink migration
• The black strips of the bag melt under direct heat. It is recommended to protect them with a heat protector
• Leave the black handles out of the press during sublimation

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters indicated as a guide only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print your design in mirror mode
• Preheat the press to 180 ºC
• Place protective paper over the black strips to prevent them from melting in the heat of the press
• Place the centre of the pocket on the plate of the press and the printed side of the paper on top
• Place protective paper inside the pocket to prevent ink migration
• Close the press at medium-high pressure for 40 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the sublimated cooler bag
• Carefully peel off the paper
