DESCRIPTION
- Elephant soft toy with 3 knots at its corners. Easily untied for customisation
- Elephant head and blanket made of double-layer plush polyester fabric, 100% bright white
- Teddy bear head with a hanger on the corner and black/white checkered trim sewn on the edge
- Attachment blanket made of a polyester (89%) and nylon (11%) blend fabric, optic white
- Pleasant and very soft touch of the doudous
- Plush heads with 100% polyester filling
- Can also be customised with other techniques such as screen printing, textile vinyl, embroidery, transfer and DTF
- Side label with CE certification

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- For complete customisation, untie the knots at the ends of the elephant baby comforter and sublimate the strips
- Teddy head not sublimable. It should be left out of the press when stamping
- Trim of the bear attachment blanket not sublimable

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS
- Hand wash and air dry
- Do not use bleach
- Do not iron
RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Untie the knots at the ends of the baby comforter
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the baby comforter on the press base with the printed side of the paper on the baby comforter
- Cover it with protective paper and leave the teddy head out of the press
- Close the press with a medium-high pressure for 45 seconds
- Use a protective glove to remove the freshly sublimated baby comforter
- Carefully remove the paper
