DESCRIPTION
- Streetwear design trucker caps, with Prêt-à-Porter construction:
- Suede fabric that mimics natural suede. Velvety touch, very pleasant to the touch
- Large and rigid front panel. Reinforced stitching around the crown
- 4 laser-cut micro-perforated fabric panels. Facilitates breathability and air passage
- Padded RPET sweatband inside. Made of recycled polyester fabric
- Preformed, rigid, and flat-shaped visor. Internal visor made 100% of recycled plastic (PE), covered with recycled polyester twill
- Snapback closure with up to 7 position adjustments. Made of recycled polyethylene (PE)
- Top button, visor, and closure in black
- One size fits all adults, unisex model
- Easy-to-remove interior label
- Can also be customised with laser engraving, embroidery, rhinestones, DTF, textile vinyl, screen printing, DTG, and transfer
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The colour of the caps will blend with the image you wish to print. To minimise this effect, choose designs with dark colours

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS
- Hand wash
- Do not bleach or dry clean
- Do not tumble dry, lay flat to dry
- Do not iron or use other steam treatments
RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the cap on the cap press base and the printed side of the paper on the white panel
- Close the press with medium pressure for 30 seconds
- Use a protective glove to remove the newly customised cap
- Carefully remove the paper
