DESCRIPTION

• Sides with piping and reinforced handle sewn to the body of the bag
• Square gusset base. Increases capacity and provides stability when placing the bottle on flat surfaces
• Fully sublimable surface, including the handle
• Can also be customised using other techniques such as embroidery, rhinestones, DTF, DTG, transfer, vinyl, and screen printing

• Stamp the logo of gourmet shops, wine cellars, cider houses, vineyards... to offer as a promotional gift

MEASUREMENTS

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Machine wash at a maximum temperature of 30 ºC
• Do not bleach or dry clean
• Do not tumble dry
• Iron inside out at medium temperature

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are provided for guidance purposes. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 ºC
• Insert two regular white sheets or a piece of flat cardboard the size of the bag inside the bag, to prevent the inner coating from fusing and/or ink from transferring to the back
• Place the bag on the press base with the printed side of the paper on the bag. Cover it with protective paper
• Close the press with high pressure for 120 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated bag
• Carefully remove the paper
