DESCRIPTION

• Bag in the shape of a sack made of 100% polyester jute, beige colour
• Sublimable on the entire surface
• Bellows at the base. Reinforced for greater stability
• Light and resistant with seams stitched. In addition, it is reusable
• Closure adjustable with natural fibre natural jute lace

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The tone of the colours of the bag shall be mixed with those of the image which is desired print. It is recommended to use a dark design to minimise this effect
• It is advisable to place protective paper on the inside of the bagIt is advisable to place on the inside of the dye sublimation printing. In addition, this will not migrate the ink from one side to the other

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Machine washable at 30° Celsius. maximum temperature 30º C
• Do not bleach or dry clean
• Air dry preferably
• Can be ironed

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters are given as a guide only . It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production

• Print see design in mode mirror
• Preheat the press to 180 ºC
• Place protective paper inside the bag to avoid migration of the ink on the other side
• Place the bag on the lower platen of the press and the printed part of the paper on the sack
• Cover with protective paper
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 60 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove remove the freshly printed part of the bag. sublimated
• Carefully peel off the paper
• Repeat the same process to sublimate the other part of the bag if desired
