DESCRIPTION

• 100% polyester sack-shaped bags, jute-like, beige colour
• Lightweight, durable, and reusable bags
• Closure with natural jute fibre cord. Ref. 050658 has a thick red cord
• Specially shaped bag for bottles available (Ref. 050657)
• Can also be customised with other techniques such as screen printing, transfer, DTG, textile vinyl, DTF, rhinestones and embroidery

TIPS AND ADVICE

• Customise them to welcome your guests with a bag full of lavender or aromatic dried flowers in the room
• Design bags to scent wardrobes or drawers at home
• Use them to present any gift or make coal sacks for Christmas
• Create large Christmas sacks to store all the presents
• Present wine bottles in elegant customised bags (Ref. 050657)

DIMENSIONS

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Suitable for machine washing at a maximum temperature of 30º
• Do not bleach or dry clean
• Preferably air dry
• Can be ironed

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated are for guidance. It is recommended to perform preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 215 ºC
• Remove the cord from the bag to sublimate it completely or leave the area where the cord is located outside the press
• Place protective paper inside the bag to prevent ink migration to the other side
• Place the bag on the base plate of the press and the printed side of the paper on the bag
• Cover with protective paper
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 45 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated bag
• Carefully remove the paper
• Repeat the same process to sublimate the other side of the bag if desired
