DESCRIPTION

- High-quality (AA) glossy white exterior with coloured interior and handle
- Fully sublimatable on the entire outer surface

- Suitable for personalisation with 9-10 oz mug press and 20 oz bottle press. Also compatible with a sublimation oven using clamps, silicone sheets or shrink bags

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters provided as guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the printed paper around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
- Close the press with medium pressure for 180-200 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly pressed mug
- Carefully remove the paper
WITH OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Preheat the oven to 200 ºC
- Place the printed paper around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
- Adjust the clamp or place the mug in a shrink bag and heat with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
- Sublimate in the oven for 13-15 minutes
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet or shrink bag as appropriate
- Carefully remove the paper from the mug
