DESCRIPTION

- When sublimating, the pressure from the press may flatten the synthetic coir fibres

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters provided as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 190 °C
- Place protective paper on the lower plate of the press to prevent the back from staining
- Place the mat on the lower plate of the press
- Place the printed design on the mat. Secure it with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement
- Close the press with medium pressure for 60 seconds
- Using a protective glove, remove the freshly printed mat
- Carefully remove the paper
