<p><strong>APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS<br /></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Cut the design or pattern on the blue side using a cutting plotter in normal mode (not mirror)</li>
<li>Remove the excess vinyl from inside the design (weeding operation)</li>
<li>Remove the liner</li>
<li>Adhere the vinyl to the surface you wish to customise</li>
<li>It is now ready for stencilling or painting over it to create patterns</li>
<li>Once finished, simply remove the stencil</li>
